Job Description

Responsibilities

* Liaise with tenants to gain insights to sales trends and performance through regular meetings and visitations

* Analyse tenant's performance through retail indicators like GTO per square foot and occupancy costs

* Assist in day-to-day functions of the centre management office

* Collaborate with other departments like Marketing and Operations to problem solve

* Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

* Preferred studies Real Estate or any other related disciplines

* Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
