As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities - Support the review of aftersales processes, operating guidelines, and key service experience practices. - Improve service experience through strengthening buyer outreach materials, improving content quality, readability, and usefulness; including exploring more engaging content formats, including visual content or AI-generated videos. - Conduct basic research and benchmarking on support content best practices and user education approaches. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support documentation or content updates. - Support ad hoc projects related to service experience, operational excellence, knowledge management, or content improvement

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize information in a clear, structured way. - Interested in e-commerce, customer experience, operations, content strategy, or knowledge management. - Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Able to think independently. Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience in writing, editing, research, operations, consulting, project coordination, or knowledge management. - Interest in AI tools and emerging content formats. - Interest in Southeast Asia markets or experience working across regional teams is a plus.
