Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our media and marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital media planning, campaign activation, and strategic media support. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Strategy & Planning Support
* Assist in the development of media plans and campaign proposals aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborate with team members to understand client goals and translate them into actionable media strategies.
* Liaise with media vendors and partners to gather insights and support campaign planning.
* Help maintain and update digital media plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
* Coordinate with internal teams such as ad operations, trafficking, and analytics to ensure campaign readiness.
2. Campaign Activation & Execution
* Support the setup and execution of campaigns across self-serve and managed media platforms.
* Ensure accurate implementation of signed media plans and timely briefing of third-party vendors.
* Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal results.
* Maintain reporting templates and dashboards for media plans, performance tracking, and interim updates.
* Assist in post-campaign analysis and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of media strategies.
3. Media Strategy Support
* Conduct market and competitor research to inform media recommendations.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve media effectiveness.
* Help prepare presentations and strategic documents for internal and client-facing meetings.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Strong interest in digital marketing, media strategy, and advertising.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
