JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the marketing team in arranging marcom collaterals and distribution for internal and external audiences. Not limited to communications related to campaigns, visual merchandising, events, launches, activities, mall marketing and partnership. In the forms of bulletin, Smartly, group chat, internal social media account, online training, offline training, courier, thru agency and more.

* Support the marketing team in making necessary administrative preparation related but not limited to campaigns, visual merchandising, events, launches, activities, mall marketing and partnership.

* Support the marketing team in events, launches and activities with set up, execution and tear down whenever necessary.

* Help to create and draft internal newsletters, bulletins and email notifications related to Marketing Campaigns events and activities.

* Create content, arrange, schedule, post and maintain internal IG account.

* Support the team in managing gift with purchase inventory and through 3rd party storage. Liaise and arrange directly with area managers/cluster managers on distribution and replenishment.

* Raise, check, and monitor Purchase Orders and invoices to vendors from end to end.

* Maintain and tidy all marketing related trackers and folders within shared folder as well as marketing storage in the office storeroom.

* Support and maintain internal office activation and displays to ensure quality execution and achieve positive results.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

* Marketing administrative duties

* Managing internal communication

* Support in events, activation and partnership programs

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

* Currently studying with Marketing (major of studies)

* Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft Excel

* Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines

* Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills

* Excellent team player with a positive and proactive attitude

* Able to multi-task and understand marketing fundamentals.

* Familiar with basic design software would be an advantage

* Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
