Project's aim:
Support the Facility Management team to build the day-to-day maintenance process.
Duration: 6 months
Project's course of action:
Support the Facility Management Team in deploying a robust day-to-day maintenance process to increase the quality of service, while ensuring strong safety behaviours and operational efficiency.
* Build the day-to-day Maintenance process (Autonomous Maintenance routines, Preventive Maintenance follow-up and Corrective Maintenance)
* Ensure training and adherence to the standard
* Support the root cause analysis for recurring or critical downtimes
* Support the standardization
* Convey the CI process and train the technicians
Profile required:
We are looking for motivated students to support deployment of continuous improvement in maintenance team. Main skills required:
* Problem Solving
* Analytics, ability to prioritize
* Organized and structured
* Good communication skills to bring value in interactions with technicians and managers
* Keen to learn on new systems and process
