Job Description

* Assist in daily cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
* Support room preparation according to brand standards, ensuring attention to detail.
* Assist in replenishing amenities, linens, and guest supplies as needed.
* Learn and apply proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house and staff service areas.
* Support laundry operations, including sorting, folding, and distribution.
* Report maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to supervisors.
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and luxury service standards.
* Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver seamless service.
* Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
* Strong interest in Rooms Division and guest service
* Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
