Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-minded F&B Attendant Intern to join our Food & Beverage team. The intern will assist with daily restaurant and F&B operations while providing friendly and professional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
* Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
* Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
* Provide information about food and beverage menus to guests.
* Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
* Assist with buffet setup and replenishment when required.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
* Handle guest requests and basic inquiries professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
* Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and service procedures.
* Assist with events, banquets, and other F&B functions when required.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Manager
