Job Description

LEAN management 80%:
Support the development and implementation of Lean project plans for indirect areas, assist in coordinating project tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization. This includes assisting in project monitoring and reporting, collecting feedback from stakeholders, supporting leadership initiatives, and driving improvement topics.
Bosch Production System (BPS) and Industrial Engineering (IE) 20%:
Support to create standardized work (Line balancing chart, StAB, Layout, Man-machine chart, etc.), process confirmation, ergonomic evaluation, etc. including Bosch Production System activities e.g., training, workshop, etc

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in industrial engineering or a related
Strong moderation and presentation skills, and the ability to build trustful
Good English skills, both written and spoken
High interest in coaching and energizing others, demonstrating a passion for motivating and supporting team members
