Team Introduction: TikTok Design Team is to provide first-class user experience for hundreds of millions of users around the world, thereby helping them create and express better, discover the diversity and beauty of the world, break down more barriers, and build bridges between people. We are an international design team with Product Designer, Creative Designer, Visual Designer, Content Designer and Localization Expert from all over the world working together to make every impossible possible. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Audit a large product area end-to-end: catalog bugs, inconsistencies, and content gaps in a clear, trackable format - Turn findings into concise, actionable recommendations that enable your team to escalate issues to relevant stakeholders - Own the content fixes that come out of the audit; track their status and proactively follow up with design and product teams to keep them moving - Support user testing and dogfooding sessions alongside senior content designers, capturing insights that inform content decisions - Explore AI tools to build reusable personas and skills that speed up the team's day-to-day content work - Work on projects where needed when other team members are on leave or over capacity

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Good eye for detail and inconsistency in UX copy - Curiosity about AI tooling and how it can streamline content workflows - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Content Design, UX Writing, or a related discipline - Available to start ASAP, 5 days a week, for a minimum of 3 months (6 months preferred) Preferred Qualification(s) - Prior exposure to working in tech, user experience, or usability testing - Comfortable working independently on a large, ambiguous scope By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy.
