About the team Central Top Creator & MCN Team will support creator and MCN operations by monitoring performance, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. Support campaign planning and execution, including promotional budgets and key campaign activities. Facilitate product and brand collaboration by connecting creators, MCNs, and sellers to support business opportunities and creator activations. Coordinate with internal XFN teams and external partners, while managing data, tracking progress, and following up on operational needs. About this role In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of social commerce. You will support the end-to-end execution of online campaigns and assist with the daily operations of MCNs and top creators. Responsibilities - Top Creator & MCN Operation Support: Support daily tracking of creator and MCN performance, including creator growth and progress. Assist with MCN activities such as roadshows, bootcamps, and other initiatives. - Campaign Support: Support the team in managing campaign activities and promotional budgets for Top Creators and MCNs. Help coordinate campaign requirements and ensure activities are executed according to plan. - Product Support / Brand Cooperation: Support product matching between Top Creators/MCNs and sellers based on creator needs, trends, and campaign priorities. Assist in coordinating product samples, vouchers, incentives, and other support needed for creator activations. - Data & Document Management: Prepare and maintain regular reports and trackers for creator, MCN, and campaign performance. Help organize data and provide basic analysis to support team decision-making

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Prior internship experience in e-commerce operations, creator/MCN management, business administration or marketing. - Fluent in Business English as a working language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Preferred Qualification(s) -Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office / Google Workspace ecosystem / Lark (Feishu). Able to independently complete data collation, analyze trends, and compile clear, actionable reports - Excellent communication and coordination skills. Possesses strong execution capabilities and closed-loop thinking, with the capacity to efficiently manage multitasking and drive problem-solving. - Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.
