Cheers to dreaming big!   Description This internship is a full-time unpaid opportunity in our digital transformations and new capabilities center in Prague, with a chance for you to discover what it's like to work in one of the top 5 FMCG companies in the world. The duration of the internship can range from 3 to 6 months or more, depending on your availability. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the "real life" business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas of the business and building your own reputation. With the right focus and attitude, the internship can lead to a long-lasting career with AB InBev. You will work in our TechOps/Digital Employee Experience (DEX) department and will be in frequent contact with your line manager to align on your next steps and responsibilities. What will you be doing during the internship? As a part of the User Experience Team, you will learn the ins and outs of user-centered design, including user research, persona development, user interviews, and end user communications. You will work alongside our team to help improve our IT support experience for our employees. What will you learn? - How to conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors with real users of our tools and systems. - How to create user personas to represent different user types and their goals to help us better establish our user journeys. - How to conduct user interviews to gather feedback on designs and processes and document the data. - How to use design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and pain points. - How to think about simplifying the user experience to make getting IT help delightful. - How to send out end user communication about IT changes and services to users. - How to create and roll out user education materials and trainings connected to user awareness and adoption campaigns. - How to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment working with professionals in data, engineering, project management, etc. - How to communicate and interact with various stakeholders (such as project managers) from all areas of the business. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of automation and data engineering solutions, as well as help shape the direction of our automation strategy. As a part of our Data Operations Team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation of Data Operations activities, engaging closely with global stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into solutions. Some of the tasks you will be performing: - Learning and incorporating new tools and technologies for overall process improvement. - Maintaining data quality, accuracy and compliance with legislation, regulation, and local policy. - Building strong relationship with various stakeholders to collect data on time. - Driving standardization across different reports, zones to ensure one truth of data. - Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance - - Proactively driving continuous improvement and people experience through accurate and easy to access data. - Supporting structural improvements & global projects. What are we looking for? - Currently a student at university or recently graduated. - Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic. - Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic for the duration of the internship. - Fluency in English. Other languages are always an advantage. - Issue-solving mindset and interest in the field of Data Analytics & Automation. - Interest in programming languages such as Power Automate and a basic understanding of SQL, R or Python, with a strong desire to learn about automation and data engineering. - The ideal candidate will have had some courses connected to User Experience (user experience/user interface design) or User Research or is enrolled in a university program. - - Eager to learn and a curiosity to understand how people interact with technology and the world. - Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with others. - Basic understanding of design principles (design thinking, research methods, etc) and tools such as Figma (preferred) or other software. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from others. - Eagerness to learn, curiosity, resilience, proactiveness, and adaptability. - Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while working both independently and in group environments. - Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with others. - Understanding of the team/company culture and goals, and act upon them. - Capable of being entrusted with confidential information. - Capable to grasp end-to-end processes and to make them as efficient and effective as possible. - Sense of the stakeholder management responsibilities and ability to work with multiple deadlines. - Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and his/her key contacts. - Optional: If you happen to have a great case study or portfolio to show us your creativity and knowledge that would be great!
