About the company

Founders today are building global companies from day one - but the systems that manage their money were built for a different era. Aspire exists to change that!

We're building the financial operating system for global founders, bringing banking, software, and automation into a single platform so businesses can move faster across borders and stay focused on building.
Aspire is built by people who think from first principles, care deeply about solving hard problems, and take real ownership of their work. Our team brings global experience from leading fintech and technology companies, and many of us are former founders and operators who understand what it takes to build thoughtfully, make trade-offs, and deliver at scale in a global environment.

Backed by leading global investors including Y Combinator, Peak XV, and Lightspeed, Aspire has been trusted by more than 50,000 startups and growing businesses worldwide to manage their finances since 2018. Together with partners like J.P. Morgan, Visa, and Wise, we're building for the next generation of global companies.

About the role

We are hiring a Website Development Intern to support the team in building and maintaining web experiences using Webflow. This is a 3-month opportunity to work on real projects alongside experienced developers.
What will you be doing?
* Build and maintain web pages in Webflow with a strong focus on responsiveness, performance, and visual accuracy.
* Translate designs from Figma into clean, pixel-perfect implementations.
* Write and maintain custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where Webflow's native capabilities need to be extended.
* Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior developers to ship website updates and new pages.
* Test pages across browsers and devices, and fix issues identified during QA.
* Document your work clearly so others on the team can pick up, edit, or extend it.
* Stay curious about emerging trends and best practices in web development.

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships.
* Familiarity with Webflow (or strong willingness to learn quickly).
* A good eye for design, layout, and typography, with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction, ask the right questions, and iterate on feedback.
* Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to dive into unfamiliar problems.
