As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities - Support TikTok Shop platform-level campaigns and daily promotional operations, including C-side shopping guidance resource allocation, traffic distribution, campaign page operations, and merchandising strategy execution; - Assist in traffic allocation and distribution strategy optimization across key surfaces such as Homepage, Shop Tab, Search, and transaction-related entry points, leveraging user behavior and supply insights to improve traffic efficiency - Conduct business and monetization-related data analysis, including traffic, CVR, GPM, GMV, subsidy efficiency, and other core business metrics to support strategic decision-making - Support campaign target planning, performance tracking, post-mortem analysis, and strategic deep dives, while helping build reusable operational frameworks and SOPs
Profil requis du candidat:
