About this Position

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Henkel Ukraine, you will provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring efficient document workflow, financial processes, and coordination of media, digital, and research activities. This role is an excellent opportunity to start or further develop your career in media and digital marketing within a multinational company, gaining hands-on experience in campaign execution, agency collaboration, and internal processes.

What you´ll do

* Support document workflow and contract management, including coordination with media, digital, and research agencies
* Assist in vendor onboarding and ensure proper document signing and archiving in internal systems
* Support financial processes, including PO creation, budget tracking (plan vs. actual), and campaign cost closure
* Maintain accurate budget files and contribute to internal financial reporting
* Administer campaign materials and maintain structured internal documentation
* Support coordination of TV, digital, and influencer campaigns, including preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations
* Coordinate communication with agencies and internal stakeholders, organize meetings, and ensure timely information flow
* Perform other tasks in line with marketing team needs and company standards.

What makes you a good fit

* University degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
* Basic understanding of marketing, digital, or media is a plus
* Confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
* English - Intermediate or higher
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines
* Team-oriented, proactive, and communicative personality
* Willingness to learn and grow in marketing operations
