Agency Partners Project Intern (E-Commerce, Vietnam) - 2027 Start

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. You'll play a role in supporting TikTok Shop Agency Partner campaigns - from planning and execution through to performance monitoring and post-campaign analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll gain real exposure to how a fast-moving creator and agency ecosystem operates at scale. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Support the team in day-to-day operations and data-related tasks. - Assist with project execution, tracking, issue resolution, ad/voucher requests, and status updates. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely support for their needs. - Take ownership of assigned administrative duties and provide general troubleshooting assistance. - Gain hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency within the e-commerce ecosystem. - Learn and grow through exposure to real-time problem-solving, campaign management, and strategic operations

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Actively enrolled university students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Comfortable working in a cross-functional and collaborative team setting. - Good Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table, etc]. Preferred Qualification(s) - 5 days a week commitment is preferred. - Able to commit more than 3 months internship would be preferred. - Previous internship or project experience in operations, e-commerce, data analysis, or administrative support. - Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus. - Experience using tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). - Ability to multitask and prioritize work under tight deadlines.
