Job Description

* Assists with the deployment of new laptops and desktop as well as device upgrades.
* Provide technical support to end-users via ticket system, email, phone, or in-person.
* Maintains customer service by providing first-level hardware and software support as instructed by associate members
* Provide technical support to users including network connectivity, VPN and remote desktop.
* Coordinate the planning, implementation, and support for IT blueprints in M365/Office365 workloads and applications.
* Facilitate infrastructure lifecycle to ensure business continuity and reduced risk to operations.
* Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
* Document IT procedures and create user guides.
* Work collaboratively within the Central Infrastructure network teams to ensure standards and processes are followed.
* Perform setup and maintenance of IT Infrastructure with guidance from senior team members.
* Contributes to project work assigned to the infrastructure team by completing a variety of assigned project tasks and duties with accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field with a GPA of 2.8 or higher
* Fresher or entry-level candidate with strong foundational IT knowledge
* Proficiency in English (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High energy, confidence, and effective communicator
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 OS, networking, servers, and storage systems
* Experience with or knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft Office 365
* Interest and passion for IT technologies and innovative IT solutions
* Self-motivated, structured, and results-driven mindset
* Flexible and adaptable to change, with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
