[Bosch R&D - Internship] Product Development Intern

Job Description

Products: Electrical Connectors for the Automotive Industry.
* Perform design calculations, including tolerance analysis and dimensional measurement (3D data).
* Apply engineering methodologies such as FMEA, DRBFM, DFMA, etc. to ensure robust product design.
* Support testing activities, including sample preparation, test setup, and execution.
* Assist in technical risk assessments, problem solving, customer approvals, and tooling release processes.
* Assist in developing and optimizing design solutions.
* Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve design efficiency and product quality

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

* Final-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (Preferred GPA 7.5 or above).
* Academic background includes relevant coursework, assignments, or mini-projects related to product development, design, simulation, or testing.
* Interest in innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
* Proficient in reading and writing English for daily communication and documentation.
* Available to work full-time for 4 to 6 months
