Intern at Value Added Services Department

Description du poste:

Main Task:

* Executes customs entries and performs customs security filings in adherence to internal procedures and latest local customs regulations
* Conducts classification of goods based on information provided by the customers
* Co-operate and manage suppliers to strictly follow the SOP required in handling cargoes
* Ensures completeness and correctness of customs paperwork
* Works on post clearance modifications and other customs tasks needed
* Performs archiving of customs documents based on legal requirements
* Follow & control the customs and trucking flow of the shipment to ensure the schedule required
* Resolves customer issues, handles and solves incidents (e.g. escalations, disputes)
* Control suppliers for timestamp update as requirement of KPI
* Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required
* Make the report internally and externally
Requirements:
* Junior or Senior Students who can work at least 4 days per week
* Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
* Can-do attitude, hard-working & enthusiastic
