Context & Environment

Join the Asset Performance Division of TotalEnergies in Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo, and contribute to the sustainable improvement of operational performance.
You will take part in the deployment of the Cost Excellence program and work in a demanding, multicultural industrial environment.
Reporting to the 3C & Lean Manager, you will support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the affiliate.

Activities

Your main responsibilities will include:
* Contributing to the consolidation of cost reduction initiatives.
* Supporting the preparation and follow-up of meetings with operational entities.
* Updating Cost Control & Cost Culture (3C), Lean, and Cost Excellence dashboards.
* Collecting, validating, and analyzing performance data.
* Monitoring initiatives through performance management tools.
* Coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple entities.
* Developing and updating performance KPIs.
* Supporting the organization of ideation and continuous improvement workshops.
* Assisting Lean, Digital, and Cost Awareness initiatives.
* Producing reports, cross-functional analyses, and communication materials.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

* Master's degree in Engineering (minimum Bac+5 equivalent).
* Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is appreciated.
* Experience or strong interest in operational performance improvement.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are mandatory.
* Good command of reporting and data analysis tools.
* Knowledge of Power BI and Copilot are an advantage.
* French : C1 & English B2+
