THE ROLE
As an Operations Product Owner (VIE), you will work closely with the Operations Management team, supporting the coordination and monitoring of activities across international projects and client engagements.

At the heart of interactions between Operations, Delivery, Business, Human Resources, Finance, and Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to project governance, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining a comprehensive understanding of SII's operating model and delivery organization.

1. PROJECT GOVERNANCE & DELIVERY
* Support Project Managers, Service Managers, and Team Leaders in the day-to-day operational management of projects and services.
* Prepare, structure, and coordinate governance routines, including project reviews, operational committees, meeting minutes, and action plan follow-up.
* Define and monitor KPIs and operational dashboards, ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
* Identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement, contributing to the implementation of corrective actions.
* Support the deployment and adoption of SII Group methodologies, processes, and corporate tools.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and delivery excellence.

2. OPERATIONS, DELIVERY & RESOURCE PLANNING
* Participate in capacity planning and workforce management activities, anticipating staffing needs and business demand.
* Monitor team allocation, resource availability, and bench management.
* Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams regarding recruitment needs linked to projects and service delivery.
* Track operational performance indicators related to activity, productivity, utilization rates, and capacity.
* Ensure consistency and reliability of information across management and reporting systems.
* Support the preparation of operational reports and performance reviews for the Operations Management team.

3. PEOPLE & TALENT DEVELOPMENT
* Work closely with managers and operational leaders to support teams assigned to projects and services.
* Participate in performance management, career development, and growth initiatives.
* Contribute to the identification of training needs and competency development plans.
* Help maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding employees, projects, and skills within corporate systems.
* Foster collaboration between Operations, Business, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to ensure effective workforce management

Requisiti del candidato:

YOUR PROFILE
* Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Initial experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, PMO, Service Coordination, Operations, or Team Management.
* Professional proficiency in both French and English (B2/C1 level or above).
* Professional proficiency in Spanish.
* Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
* Interest in developing a career in an international and multicultural environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions.
