About the role
Join Schneider Electric's Global Procurement organization and contribute to the sourcing and category management of Industrial Supplies, including Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), Metrology, Calibration, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Working in an international environment, you will support procurement projects across Europe and globally, drive process improvements, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to supplier performance and category strategies.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the deployment of global procurement projects and category initiatives.
* Contribute to the rollout of e-catalogues and digital procurement solutions.
* Participate in process optimization and standardization projects for industrial supplies.
* Coordinate actions with factories, industrialization teams, safety teams, and procurement stakeholders.
* Support supplier performance monitoring and supplier panel rationalization initiatives.
* Participate in sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and market analysis.
* Assist in the implementation of procurement agreements and purchasing strategies.
* Support data management, reporting, and procurement performance tracking.
* Collaborate with local buyers and global category managers on continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Education
* Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
* Internship, apprenticeship, or initial experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Skills
* Strong interest in procurement and supplier management.
* Good analytical and data management capabilities.
* Project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Digital mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.
Technical Knowledge
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge of SAP, Coupa, or other procurement tools is a plus.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Languages
* Fluent English.
* French is a strong advantage.
