1. Support the team with data entry and organization across onboarding trackers and dashboards. 2. Help monitor the status of pending tasks (merchant onboarding, UAT scheduling, documentation) and flag items that need follow-up. 3. Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries for internal team reviews. 4. Organize and update shared files, templates, and documentation used by the team. 5. Support scheduling and coordination of internal meetings. 6. Help compile and format information received from partners (POS providers, merchants) into standardized formats. 7. Shadow team members to learn the onboarding and UAT process end-to-end. 8. Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as needed

Requisiti del candidato:

1. Currently enrolled in a technical or administrative course (Ensino Médio or equivalent), as required for apprenticeship programs. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Comfortable working with spreadsheets basic level is fine, we'll teach the rest. 4. Good written communication in Portuguese; basic English is a plus. 5. Curiosity about how tech platforms and APIs work, even without prior technical background. 6. Reliable, proactive, and open to learning in a fast-paced environment
