Job Description

You join the Purpose, People, Governance & Projects team who are looking for a Assistant Projects and Operational Strategy, for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Support the management of strategic projects;
* Contribute to the analysis and restitution of materials;
* Participate in the coordination and implementation of project governance;
* Contribute to operationally supporting the management.

You will participate in the conduct of cross-functional projects involving the different departments of the company, but also of HR, CSR mission, Collaborator experience, governance and project management.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+2/4 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Project Management and/or Finance.
You have the desired sector knowledge (Banking and/or Asset Management) and exposure to cross-functional projects.
You have analytical and synthesis skills.
You are organized and able to lead several projects simultaneously.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
