We're looking for Strategy & Operations interns and graduates to take on complex problems and drive efficiency across our global fintech. You'll roll up your sleeves, work across different areas of the business, and help deliver solutions that support millions of customers worldwide.

Our Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates ready to kick-start their careers in tech. Over this 12-month programme, you'll tackle real-world projects and take on challenges that drive impact. With structured training, hands-on experience, and guidance from experts, you'll grow your skills, explore different areas, and shape the future of finance.
