SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Concrete Systems and Products Division)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Researches and contacts potential customers, builds and maintains stable long-term partnerships with them, as well as with the company's current customers;
* Presents the company's products, consults with customers and provides them with active technical support and solutions for their projects;
* Prepares proposals for new and current customers of the company and negotiates with them;
* To establish the necessary business relations with the company's customers and establish working contacts with new customers of the company;
* To visit and actively communicate with technical managers of sites; to carry out technical consultations on the company's products and systems on site;
* To provide up-to-date product and price information to customers, to prepare offers in accordance with company standards;
* To accept and process requests from customers and coordinate their implementation. To prepare questionnaires for reference sites;
* Regularly report on its activities in CRM;
* Actively participates in the preparation of commercial and pricing policies and procedures, competition analyses, action plans according to the company's policy and strategy;
* Assists in the development of sales presentations and proposals;
* Participates in regional and general meetings, seminars, trainings

Requisiti del candidato:

REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed education (university technical degree is an advantage);
* Professional experience - minimum 5 years in the field of trade in building materials and/or concrete;
* English language proficiency - good level, written and spoken
* Other specific requirements: working with Windows, MS Office, CRM, driving license
