Job Description

Supplier Quality Engineer
Responsible for ensuring supplier quality performance, driving continuous improvement, and managing supplier-related risks across the product lifecycle in a regulated environment.

Your role:

* Monitor supplier performance, analyze quality and delivery trends, and lead continuous improvement and supplier development initiatives to ensure consistent product quality throughout the product lifecycle.
* Lead investigations of defects and non-conformances, determining supplier responsibility, conducting root cause analysis, and driving corrective and preventive actions through the SCAR process.
* Assess and manage Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs), ensuring proper validation, risk assessment, and timely implementation aligned with quality and regulatory requirements.
* Plan and execute supplier audits in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, support internal and external audits, and collaborate cross-functionally (Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality) to ensure supplier compliance, risk mitigation, and manufacturing continuity.

You're the right fit if:

* At least 2 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supplier Quality Engineering, preferably within regulated industries such as medical devices.
* Strong expertise in supplier quality management, data analysis, root cause analysis, CAPA methodologies, process validation, audits, and continuous improvement.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
* Working knowledge of global medical device regulations and standards, familiarity with statistical tools and quality methods, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proactive, risk-based mindset.
