Job Description

Within the Sales Engineering Department, you join the Tenders team, composed of 3 people, as a Sales Engineer.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
* Take charge of coordinating and drafting responses to the specifications for calls for tenders, across all themes (commercial, financial, marketing, legal, IT, operational);
* Organize and lead kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
* Build service and financial management offerings, in collaboration with the project manager or teams;
* Lead the drafting of written responses and the preparation of oral defenses (presentations, materials, arguments);
* Continuously improve and enrich the response modules and the overall offer of the company;
* Monitor the response process, mobilize cross-functional contributors, and ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables, in accordance with deadlines;
* Capitalize on feedback to optimize future responses.
