Your Role:
* Transfer new products into industrial manufacturing, support unit growth initiatives, and drive best-in-class production
* Design, develop, and implement new process steps for new products within ongoing production
* Select production equipment, qualify it, and act as the primary contact for all matters related to your implemented processes
* Contribute to projects or provide production support
* Depending on qualifications, assume an expert role for certain processes or rotate across different topics
Your Profile:
* Technically oriented or natural sciences degree (e.g., engineering, physics, or related field)
* Hands-on experience in precision machining and in-depth knowledge in precision machining, (optical) measurement technology, or plastics processing techniques are highly valued
* First professional experience in manufacturing with knowledge of Lean production and automation
* Strong problem-solving skills, with familiarity of Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis
* Experience in a regulated environment such as the medical technology industry is a plus
* High initiative, commitment, and flexibility
* Structured, goal-oriented working style
* Fluent German and English (speaking and writing) with strong communication skills
