Marketing & product launches: The design of marketing messages and the preparation of new product launches and sales campaigns are in your hands. Creative work & cooperation: You actively use your own creative ideas, implement them and work closely with various specialist areas and cross-functional teams. Analyses & market monitoring: You carry out market and competition analyses as well as the evaluation of studies independently and derive well-founded recommendations for action from them. Flexible work culture: A high level of flexibility in work design through "work from home" awaits you, as does a modern office in the heart of Cologne. This is what you have in your luggage: Suitable degree & basis: An ongoing degree in business administration, economics, communication studies or a comparable degree program forms your basis. Practical experience & storytelling: You have initial practical experience from internships or working student jobs, are confident in PowerPoint and have a knack for convincing storytelling. Analytical thinking & affinity for numbers: Numbers and complex relationships suit you, you are good at Excel and impress with a structured and careful way of working. Digital mindset & industry trends: You are interested in digital business models, modern technologies and current trends and challenges in the telecommunications market. Availability & team spirit: You have the time and desire for long-term support of 15 to 20 hours a week for at least 12 months, as well as humor and joy in working together as a team.
