Position and missions: We are recruiting a Project Buyer for our plant, based in Tabor, CZ. Under the responsibility of the Project & Tools / Equipment Purchasing Director, your position will consist in: - Pilot supplier integration in the projects to optimize materials QCDI and ensure commodity strategy deployment in the projects. Your missions will consists in: PROJECT PURCHASING - Build up with the Commodity Organization the Project Supplier Target Panel valid from the acquisition and for the whole Project phases. - Voice of segment strategy in the project, and voice of the project to the segments. - Install competition between suppliers after Supplier Selection Review, bringing at least two suppliers at the same technical level before the Sourcing Nomination Committee for all components, proceeds with all negotiations before sourcing to push the cost down. - Leverage commodity organization to reach sourcing decisions and meet project targets and offset with supply base quick savings imposed by customers. - Ensures timely sign off with the segments of all supplier contracts related the project (from development contracts to mass production). - Achieves project purchasing index. - For global platforms assembled in multiple plants of Trèves, coordinates with other project buyers to ensure project will meet from Start of Production with commodity strategy requirement in every region, localization in line with needs of receiving plant, global leverage of the supply base. - Manages achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers. - Defines and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers - Warrants creation, utilization and update of the Project Purchasing Dashboard. - Ensure capacities for all components are covered for his project, in relation with the purchasing organization

Requisiti del candidato:

Education background: School level equivalent: 4/5 years' higher education Skills: Negotiation, Technical Understanding, Cost analysis, Agility Soft skills: Ability to work in a matrix organization, international mindset, autonomy, rigor Language: English, Czech / Slovak (as a benefit) This offer is suitable for potential and international profiles with a first experience (2 years, internship included) in the field wishing to value their career paths through international experience
