Across our 176 rooms and suites, Prague's heritage meets modern creativity. ZEM, our avant-garde Czech bistro, brings its own perspective to the city's culinary culture, while MEZ Bar brings locals and visitors together over cocktails. Our historic Collegiums and Andaz Studios create distinctive spaces for meetings, celebrations and events.
We're rooted in the culture, history and spirit of the city around us. It's a hotel shaped by its city, but always open to what comes next. We're looking for a General Manager with the curiosity and vision to shape its next chapter.
Your role
Understanding what makes an Andaz hotel individual is where great leadership begins. As General Manager, you'll set the direction for Andaz Prague and take overall responsibility for the operation, its business performance, profitability, people and continued evolution.
Reporting to the Head of Lifestyle Operations, EAME, you'll be part of The Lifestyle Group, our growing portfolio of lifestyle properties across the region. Working closely with our owners, Hyatt leadership and your Executive Committee, you'll turn strategy into action and shape what comes next for Andaz Prague.
You'll have full accountability for the business, leading the annual business plan, budget and forecasts while driving revenue, market performance, profitability, labour productivity and cost management. You'll stay close to the operation across Rooms, Drinking & Dining and Events, bringing commercial instinct and imagination to new opportunities, concepts, programming and partnerships.
Andaz Prague should feel like nowhere else. You'll keep the hotel connected to the rhythms of the city and the people, ideas and creative communities shaping Prague today. From food and art to programming and partnerships, you'll find thoughtful ways to keep the hotel relevant to those who travel here and those who call Prague home.

You may already be a General Manager, Hotel Manager or Director of Operations within luxury or lifestyle hospitality. Perhaps Prague is already home, or perhaps it's a city you're ready to discover.
Along the way, you'll have developed:

* Significant senior leadership experience within luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with a strong understanding of both Rooms and Drinking & Dining
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering business results across revenue, profitability, labour productivity and cost management
* Experience leading annual budgets, forecasts and business plans and turning them into meaningful action
* A creative approach to the business, uncovering new revenue opportunities through concepts, programming, partnerships and experiences
* Experience building open, trusted relationships with hotel ownership, corporate stakeholders and business partners, with the communication skills to bring different perspectives together
* A natural ability to lead, develop and empower talented people, giving them the confidence and freedom to think creatively
* Knowledge of the Prague and Czech hospitality market would be a real advantage, particularly if you bring connections across the city's business, cultural or hospitality communities
* International leadership experience and an outlook shaped by working across different cultures, markets or environments
* An instinct for what makes a lifestyle hotel relevant locally, with genuine curiosity about the culture, character and rhythms of the city around it
* Fluency in English is essential, Czech language skills are highly valued
