We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to design and implement scalable, sustainable, and Clean Core-compliant solutions on the SAP ABAP platform. In this role, you will work closely with product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-ready, modern, and future-proof S/4HANA applications.

What you can expect:

* Develop ABAP OO solutions, preferably using RAP, CDS, and API-based architecture
* Deliver Clean Core-compliant solutions (zero modifications, stable SAP APIs, BTP-based extensions)
* Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) using ABAP Unit, including test data design and refactoring
* Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following Clean Code principles
* Optimize performance using HANA-optimized development approaches (CDS, SQLScript / AMDP)
* Work with modern toolchains (ADT/Eclipse, ATC checks, gCTS/CTS+, CI/CD pipelines)
* Contribute to architecture and solution design for modern S/4HANA applications
* Perform documentation, code reviews, and technical quality assurance

Your profile:

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in ABAP OO development
* Strong knowledge of modern S/4HANA development approaches (RAP, CDS, APIs)
* Experience with Clean Core principles and SAP extensibility guidelines
* Solid understanding of Clean Code practices and software engineering discipline
* Hands-on experience with TDD / ABAP Unit testing
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SAP BTP (extensions, services, eventing)
* Knowledge of Fiori Elements, OData, and modern UI integration
* Familiarity with ATC, quality metrics, CI/CD, or DevSecOps processes
* Experience refactoring classical ABAP developments into Clean Core-compliant architecture
* Motivation to promote Clean Core & TDD culture within the team
* Curiosity for new SAP technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
