Job Description

Primary Function of Position:
We are seeking an Intern to join the European People Services Team. In this role, you will support and collaborate with the People Services Specialist and contribute to the effectiveness of the employees lifecycle management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the HR administrative tasks including the maintenance of employee files and provide support in the preparation and management of any relevant HR documentation;
* Support the onboarding process and communication with new hires;
* Prepare employee files and onboading material;
* Assist new hires with HR relevant documentation

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Human Resources or similar field
* Advanced computer skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong organizational skills
* Team player attitude with a customer service mentality
