CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* Write, modify, and test software code in accordance with established standards and guidelines;
* Update programs and data by making the necessary adjustments;
* Identify and report technical issues and propose solutions;
* Participate in the testing strategy;
* Define and document unit test cases;
* Provide support with information gathering and documentation;
* Assist in developing logical and technical specifications;
* Perform data mapping and data profiling;
* Prepare documentation and user guides for implemented software and programs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or college diploma (DEC) in Information Technology (IT) or a related field;
* Strong sense of innovation, creativity, organization, autonomy, and ability to adapt to various technologies;
* Understanding and proficiency in ETL and BI concepts and best practices;
* Proficiency in SQL;
* Performance optimization (tuning) skills, both at the tool and database management system (DBMS) levels;
* Knowledge of other ETL tools is considered an asset, including SSIS, Talend, Informatica, etc.;
* Knowledge of other BI technologies is considered an asset, including SAP BO, Power BI, and Tableau.

Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset for this position due to the nature of the role, which may involve interactions with both national and international clients.
