Finance Intern

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier Intern to support daily cash management and payment activities. The intern will assist with cash transactions, payment documentation, and bank-related administration tasks while gaining practical experience in finance operations.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

* Assist in recording daily cash and bank transactions.
* Support payment preparation and payment documentation checks.
* Help filing of supporting documents.
* Assist in monitoring bank balances and transaction status.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect payment-related information.
* Perform other finance and cashier-related administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Available at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 2 months.
* Basic understanding of accounting and cash management principles.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Fluent Chinese and workable English communication skills.
