JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述：
The intern will integrate the "Engineering Department".

Internship Scope :

The intern will be in charge to Engineering Load Capacity tool development.

o Define Target with Engineering managers
o Understand how the existing tool works
o Analyze and identify weaknesses compared to department needs
o Improve the existing tool or develop a new one
o Monitor the performance of the new tool and document standardized methodology in a guide
o Organize training with the training material

The intern must comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies at all times

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格：
General :
* Industrial / Engineering background
* 3 months internship

Technical skills :
* Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and macros
* Experience in developing user interfaces through Excel
* Strong skills in PowerPoint and database management
* Experience with continuous improvement projects and methodologies (e.g., PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma)

Soft skills :
* Good communication skills in different culture different native language environment (regular communications with engineers and managers who speak English)
* Curiosity and willingness to learn
* Understand other's position, adaptable in different culture

Language :
* Fluent in English
* Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
