Position overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional VM & Trade Animation Assistant to support the execution of Visual Merchandising initiatives and Trade activations across Europe and the UK. Reporting to the Regional VM & Trade Animation Manager, you will contribute to the successful implementation of campaigns, animations, and permanent merchandising displays, while ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence
* Monitor competitors' retail presence - merchandising executions, animations, retailtainment, and client experience initiatives - through monthly benchmarking.
* Identify best practices and retail innovations to support continuous enhancement of in-store execution.
Visual Merchandising & Trade Activation Deployment
* Support the implementation and coordination of the regional 360° Trade plan, including pop-ups, animation tables, window displays, and other retail activations.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of agency briefs, ensuring all necessary information and assets are shared accurately and on time.
* Review and validate visual assets to ensure compliance with global brand guidelines.
* Source and evaluate new suppliers and design agencies to support VM projects and activations.
Planograms, Guidelines & Forecasting
* Create and update planograms using IWD for personalized spaces, pop-ups, and permanent fixtures, while supporting corrective actions when needed.
* Assist in the development of VM Books for new launches for boutiques, department stores, and perfumeries.
* Support forecasting requests for globally produced VM elements.
Reporting & Project Coordination
* Assist in the preparation of animation performance and CAPEX reports.
* Consolidate execution feedback and reports from markets.
* Coordinate project follow-up with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and flawless execution.

Profil recherché

Candidate Profile

* Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, eligible for an internship, in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, Luxury Management, or a related field.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus (minimum intermediate level).
* Previous experience in VM, Trade Marketing, or Luxury/Fragrance industry is a strong plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Knowledge of IWD is a plus.
* Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is appreciated.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and interest in the luxury fragrance industry.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information and present insights clearl
