Job Description

You join our team Bond syndication seeking a Bond Syndication Assistant for a 6-month internship starting in November/December 2026.
At Natixis, you will join the Bond Syndication team, which assists issuers with their bond financing needs. The team monitors their credit quality and provides them with global expertise in credit markets.
At the heart of the trading room, you will therefore assist the Syndication team on a daily basis.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

* Contribute to the management of bookbuilding operations, in coordination with the teams of other banks mandated on the same transaction, to the entry of new transactions into internal systems, as well as to the smooth running of their settlement and delivery with final counterparties;
* Work closely with the sales, trading, middle office and back office teams;
* Contribute to the attribution of commercial contributions and monitoring the performance of the sales activity;
* Be occasionally required to produce activity reports and statistics to meet the needs of the team;
* Participate in the digitalization of tools and processes at the desk: identification of areas for improvement, development of monitoring and reporting tools, testing and documentation.
