Your tasks Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.02.2027: Root cause analysis of delays and challenges in fiber optic expansion (FTTH) Coordination and agreement on important customer and expansion appointments Active support in clarifying and processing open processes Tracking expansion processes and ensuring timely processing Communication with customers and internal and external stakeholders Identification of optimization potential within existing processes Participation in the development and implementation of solutions for challenges in the expansion process Maintaining, updating and quality assurance of relevant data and processes in the systems used Support with analyses, evaluations and status overviews Active contribution to a smooth and successful fibre-optic expansion process Your profile You are studying business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.
