At Huawei Hilbert Research Center (Dresden), our mission is to explore operating system, Web, concurrency, virtualization technologies on multicore heterogeneous architectures, aiming to provide a high-performance, reliable abstraction layer for efficient resource utilization. Fields Lab in Hilbert Research Center focuses on Web and concurrency technologies, aiming to solve technical challenges related to efficient page rendering and interaction across various web scenarios. Intern - SPEC Driven Development (m/f/d)

Your mission

* Conduct advanced research and innovation on cutting-edge topics at the intersection of AI, systems engineering, and real-world industrial applications, driving both scientific impact and product value
* Join exploratory initiatives and contribute to strategic research directions, including Coding agents, Harness Engineering, and SPEC Driven Development
* Design, prototype, and evaluate novel algorithms, architectures, or methodologies-such as in-browser SPEC, agent frameworks, retrieval-augmented systems, and large-scale inference optimization
* Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate research findings into practical solutions, improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of production systems
* Develop strong professional competencies in scientific communication, including preparing research reports, authoring publications, presenting results, and participating in cross-functional technical discussions

Your areas of expertise

* Enrolled Bachelor/Master's student in computer science, informatics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field
* Deep understanding of web technologies and modern AI paradigms, including LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Coding Agent architectures
* Proven hands-on experience with AI agent systems, Agent frameworks, ArkTS Programing Language, with the ability to design and implement research prototypes
* Strong research curiosity and demonstrated interest in the convergence of AI, web technologies, and intelligent automation, especially in areas such as retrieval systems, model reasoning, or autonomous workflows
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and the ability to articulate complex technical ideas
