Manufacturing Trainee

Role Summary:

The trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training across Production, Quality and Maintenance departments, gaining hands-on exposure to plant operations, processes and systems. The role requires working in rotational shifts (A, B and C).

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and support day-to-day operations in the assigned department as per the rotation plan.

*

Assist in production activities, process monitoring and achieving shift targets.

*

Support quality checks, inspections, sampling and documentation to ensure product conformity.

*

Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.

*

Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, 5S and company policies at all times.

*

Maintain accurate shift reports, logs and records.

*

Participate in training sessions, improvement activities and shift handovers.

*

Report any abnormalities, safety hazards or quality issues promptly.

Qualifications & Eligibility

*

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production or a related discipline.

*

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.

Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Discipline, punctuality and attention to detail.

Adaptability to work in a plant environment.

Working Conditions

*

Rotational 3-shift schedule (including night shifts) and shop-floor working.

*

Willingness to rotate across departments as per training plan.

*

Compliance with PPE and safety norms
