Job Description:

* Preparing invoices, sorting delivery order, and supporting pricing
administration.
* Updating delivery control, checking cycle count, making debit note, and
downloading barcode delivery.
* Conducting general administrative function and support.

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably from Business Administration/Management/Secretarial major.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge in general office administration.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
* Keen to learn and proactive.
* Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to handle multitasking work.

Additional Information:

* Full-time paid internship
* For January-June2027 period
* Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program)
