Release Management Analyst - Internship

Within the Insurance in a Box program at Generali Core Tech, we are seeking a Release Management Analyst to coordinate and govern software releases across multiple countries and environments.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Maintaining the release roadmap across all countries adopting the Insurance in a Box platform.
* Support Project, Operations, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, PM, and PMO teams to coordinate technical, operational, and governance activities across all environments.
* Ensuring compliance with release processes and quality standards.
* Tracking the activities required to successfully deliver releases while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
* Supporting release planning, deployment readiness assessments and post-release validation activities to ensure successful production outcomes

Requisiti del candidato:

* Degree in STEM disciplines or a strong focus on technology and innovation.
* Aptitude for working with Interdisciplinary teams (both business and technical).
* Basic knowledge of release management processes or modern CI/CD release processes for cloud-native applications.
* Strong inclination towards process improvement.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
