Internship within Collection Merchandising Man Man Leathergoods and MTO

We are looking for an intern to join the Collection Merchandising team, with the objective of supporting activities related to collection development and the product lifecycle, while contributing to market, competitor, and collection performance analysis.
The candidate will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of merchandising processes in a luxury context, collaborating closely with the team across the various phases of collection development and supporting the identification of useful insights for future seasons.
Business degree; a first experience or internship in the luxury/fashion industry is a plus; Passion for and good knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry, with an acute interest in sustainability; Strong analytical skills with proficient use of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and an agile approach to innovative tools; Fluency in both Italian and English; Great energy, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork abilities
