YOUR ROLE
You will support process engineers in completing the following tasks:
* Sustain and improve processes, including quality, yield, internal and external customer complaints, and lot-on-hold rate.
* Support production in achieving WWS targets.
* Ensure processes are operating within control chart limits in SPC.
* Generate and update process specifications, SOPs, FMEAs, and process control plans.
* Provide technical support for critical quality issues related to materials or processes.
* Transfer knowledge from NPI and implement new products/technologies into production mode.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
* Good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
* Proficient in English, with strong presentation skills.
* Minimum internship duration of 3 months or more.
