SPX Express - Intern - Operational Excellence (November/December Intake)

Descrizione del lavoro:

* Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Express' First Mile and SPX DOP delivery operations (eg. productivity, average delivery times)
* Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all First Mile Hubs and SPX DOPs in Malaysia
* Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop dashboards and tools as required
* Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management

Requisiti del candidato:

* Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
* Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
* Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
