* Assist Inside Sales with order creation, documentation, and system updates
* Monitor order status and ensure timely customer follow-up
* Support new workflow implementation during transition

* Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
* Proficiency in English language
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset
* Interest in Supply Chain Management
