This Position reports to:AR Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated O2C Collections Intern to join our Order-to-Cash (O2C) team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer account management within an international finance environment.

Responsibilities
* Support daily collections activities and follow up on outstanding customer invoices
* Monitor customer accounts and assist in reducing overdue receivables
* Communicate with customers regarding payment status and collection-related queries
* Support account reconciliations, cash application, and clearing activities
* Prepare collection reports and analyze aging balances
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems

Requirements
* Active student status, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good English (written and spoken)
