About Us

Based in our Lisbon office, you'll join a multicultural environment where almost 400 professionals work across HR operations, Finance, Master Data, and much more. What You Will Do

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to support ongoing projects and contribute ideas
* Research & Analysis: Conduct topic-specific research, gather data, and provide insights
* Documentation Support: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and internal documentation
* Professional Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced colleagues across different functions
* Meeting Participation: Attend workshops and meetings, take notes, and engage in discussions
* Multicultural Interaction: Collaborate with peers, managers, and directors in a diverse workplace
* Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities to develop your skills and explore career paths.

Who You Are
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
* No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
* Comfortable using MS Office; familiarity with other software tools is a plus.
* Proactive, collaborative, and courageous, with a genuine interest in personal development.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are highly encouraged
