Job Description

Your contribution to something big:
* Support the implementation and development of Bosch Production System (BPS) principles and standards across the manufacturing area;
* Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen activities to improve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery;
* Understand the current physical process and align it with S/4 Hana System and identify improvements between physical and informatic process;
* Support in the implementation of AI for S/4 HANA System;
* Support in the identification and structure to automate manual steps in the system

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or a related field;
* Experience in data analytics and continuous improvement;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI and basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies;
* Good communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken;
* Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving;
* Interest in working close to the shopfloor and operational processes
